DDbDe Belle Salon & Spa – Terms and Conditions

1. Appointments and Bookings

• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
• A valid credit card or deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms or consultations.

2. Cancellations and No-Shows

• A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a 50% service charge.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount and may require prepayment for future appointments.

3. Late Arrivals

• Arriving 10 minutes or more late may result in a shortened or rescheduled service.
• The full price of the scheduled service will still apply.

4. Payments

• DDbDe Belle accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and Zelle payments.
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Gratuities are appreciated and may be given directly to your service provider.

5. Refunds and Service Adjustments

• No refunds will be issued for completed services.
• If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make adjustments if appropriate.
• Retail product exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase and must be unopened and unused.

6. Health and Safety

• Please inform your stylist or technician of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service.
• DDbDe Belle reserves the right to refuse service for any health, safety, or behavioral concerns.

7. Personal Belongings

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables secure during your visit.

8. Children and Guests

• To ensure a relaxing environment, children under 12 years old are not permitted in the service area unless receiving a service.
• Guests not receiving a service may be asked to wait in the designated seating area.

9. Gift Cards and Promotions

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Promotions and discounts cannot be combined or applied to prior purchases.

10. Privacy Policy

• Your personal information is kept confidential and used only for booking, communication, and promotional purposes (with consent).

11. Liability

• By booking an appointment with DDbDe Belle, you agree that the salon and its staff are not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages that occur before, during, or after services, except in cases of proven negligence.
